Capitol City

Well, you've probably been wondering about the capitol city of Mentiana - like

most U.S. states, the capitol of the state isn't the largest city in the state. ~ and using the same method for finding the name of the state, I've come up with a tie for the name of the city.   If I get any votes on the name, I'll choose the one with the most votes.  Here are the choices:  Santione, Santiore, Santmone, & Santmore. 

Mentiana

Ok when you try to find out what would be the most typical name for a state in the United States, you know you have too much time on your hands - or - you're good at procrastinating the tasks you should really be doing.   For me I guess it is the latter.  What even possessed me to do this?  I'm not sure - it just started happening.   Well, If you count the number of letters in each state - the average (by mean, mode, or median) is 8.  The average number of words in a state name is 1.  Then if you devise your state name by using the most used letter for each of the first 4 letters and then devise the last of your state name by using the most used letters for each of the last 4 letters, you get Mentiana.   More states begin with M. More states end with A.  E is the most popular 2nd letter for a state, N for the 3rd, & T for the 4th.  I for the 4th from the end, A for the 3rd from the end & N for the 2nd from the end.
